Book Review: Evidence that Demands a Verdict
I’m fairly certain I went to Seminary because God knew who my child would be. The questions that he asks day after day after day are astounding to me. This book helps. A lot.

If you are shopping for a Bible for your elementary aged child, here are some reasons why this Bible is a good choice.
This verse has absolutely nothing to do with devotion to God, quiet times, waiting to hear from God, expecting God to speak to you or reveal things to you, or any number of things that women have made it out to mean over the past decade.
Don’t choose one word for 2017. Choose the Word, and let it change your life.
Don’t be intimidated by God’s Word: be excited that He has given us a direct Word from Him that is easily accessible by anyone!
So, you see, while Jesus may not have specifically said, “Thou shall not…” in a red letter edition of the New Testament, Jesus is God. Jesus and the Father are one. If you know and love Jesus, you know and love the Father. “But Jesus never said” is not an excuse for any sin, period.
This is part five of a multi-part series for women on how to study the Bible on your own. You don’t need a book, a Bible study, or someone else’s opinion: you need a Bible and the Holy Spirit.
You’ve heard these verses, and read them on your own, countless times. How do you dig a little deeper?
And please, don’t pretend you mean “oh my goodness” or “oh my gosh,” because, no, you don’t. This is slang for taking the Holy Creator God’s name in vain. Period.
Again, this is a verse completely taken out of context and used to give false hope to countless women desperate for the real Truth that only Christ can bring.
