Mothers’ Day

Camping at my aunt’s gorgeous lakeside property for two nights.

Grilled out pork chops and cheeseburgers.

My favorite iced tea in the whole wide world (cinnamon orange spice from a coffee shop in Nashville, IN).

Two running bras as my gift.

Fresh roasted cashews and sunflower seeds.

IBC black cherry soda.

Hours of reading while listening to Keith and the Boy play in the woods.

Catching a giant bass (the first fish I’ve caught since before N was born).

Resting my injured tendon.

It was just what I needed: family time, rest and relaxation.

I hope you got what you needed for mothers’ day, whether you are mama to one, mama to many, or still waiting…
